2/3 cup cilantro, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
6 tomatoes, diced
Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
