Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 Tbsp graded fresh ginger
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
One bag of fresh cranberries, chopped
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
