Potato Salad

Ingredients:
New (red) potatoes
Eggs
Dill relish
Red onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Mustard
Mayo

Directions:
Boil potatoes and eggs.  Refrigerate to cool.  Peel potatoes and eggs.  Dice potatoes and grate eggs.  Add dill relish, onion, salt, pepper, mustard and mayo to taste.  Chill.
