Ginger Snaps

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
3 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Mix sugar and shortening then add the rest in order.  Roll into 1 inch balls.  Dip in sugar.  Bake 7-10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees.
